As a result of tonight's General Membership Meeting, I am delighted to announce your new RWHC officers for the upcoming two years:

Recording Secretary - Charlotte Davis
Corresponding Secretary - Kitty Cox
Treasurer - Vicki Burnett
Also, Vikki McReynolds and Vicki Burnett were approved as V-P and Treasurer, effective immediately, to fill current vacancies in those two vacancies.
Please congratulate them all when you see them. More details will follow, but as listed in the Bylaws, the officers will be installed in November, and serve for two years.
My sincere thanks go to the Nominating Committee ( Eleanor Toppins, Sheila Shelton, Sara Jordan ) for their work in putting together a fabulous slate as well as to the new officers. The tradition continues.
Another announcement: We received the official call for the 24th Biennial Convention of the GFRW, to be held at Callaway Gardens , Pine Mountain, Georgia , October 21-22nd. This will prove to be a great experience in a wonderful location. I encourage you to attend if you are available. Please reply to this message if you would like more details.
