It Is American To Volunteer
In this great nation, where would we be without volunteers? Where would we be without those who work and care for America and its people without desire of compensation? Our churches would close. Our schools would decline in quality. Our emergency and first responder services would topple.
In the wake of Katrina and all its bad news, the good news is the volunteers who are giving of time and money to rebuild the Gulf Coast. Who was there with the first responders who responded? Volunteers. Who is there now after the devastated left? Volunteers.
Americans have responded world wide to every need that has evolved in global history with a kind heart and a helping hand.
IT IS AMERICAN TO VOLUNTEER!
We are in need of volunteers to work at the Headquarters on Highway 42.
